This product series is an upgraded version of SQ-5 spherical α-alumina. In addition to the advantages of SQ-5 products, it features a pH value of 6-8, larger primary crystal sizes of 10/20um respectively, allowing for higher filler content, better thermal conductivity, and easier sintering. It is mainly applied as filler in electronic thermal silicone, gels, and in refractory materials.
