Job Responsibilities:
1. Inspect the appearance, dimensions, surface quality, strength, hardness, and other physical properties of raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet production standards;
2. Use various measuring instruments and equipment to accurately measure and analyze aluminum materials;
3. Conduct functional and mechanical tests according to product specifications, such as corrosion resistance, hardness ratio, etc.;
4. Write quality inspection reports, collect production data and product quality inspection archives for analysis and tracking of product quality issues;
5. Analyze product quality problems, formulate and implement quality management systems and work plans to improve product quality.
Qualifications:
1. Junior college degree or above, priority will be given to those who have participated in three-system certification;
2. 26-35 years old, priority will be given to those with more than 2 years of quality inspection experience in doors and windows and aluminum alloy related materials;
3. Proficient in using office software and reading technical drawings, proficient in QC seven tools, 8D reports, ISO and other quality management systems;
4. Familiar with the production process and quality standards of aluminum products, and understand the relevant inspection methods, testing techniques and instrument usage;
5. Familiar with the application fields and market demand of aluminum materials, and understand the physical and chemical properties of aluminum materials and their impact on product performance;
6. Possess strong sense of responsibility and work discipline, pay attention to details and accuracy, and be able to quickly identify and solve quality problems.

Job Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:
1. Education level unrestricted, age under 45, with an electrician's license.
2. More than 2 years of experience in strong and weak electrical work, with experience in hydraulic system maintenance.
3. Understand the troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of factory electrical equipment. Possess more than two years of experience in mechanical or electrical maintenance.
4. Hardworking, diligent, and responsible, with strong teamwork skills. Able to adapt to a three-shift work schedule and possess a strong awareness of workplace safety.
5. Experienced candidates with PLC programming skills and relevant work experience will receive preferential treatment.
