项目背景

黑龙江省交通运输厅以智慧高速为切入点，着力解决“看不见、连不通、调不动、送不达”等突出问题，组织省交投集团启动实施《龙江智慧公路管控（服务）平台》项目建设。

解决方案

• 依托物联网、云计算、大数据、人工智能等新一代信息技术，采用“1中心、2朵云、5平台”的总体架构。

• 1中心-建设集“指挥、稽核、客服、媒体、结算”五位一体的智慧公路融合指挥调度中心。

• 2朵云-整合一路多方数据资源，构建高速公路路网全量业务数据、实时多源互联网数据和跨行业协同数据深度融合的交通大数据平台。

• 5平台-围绕高速公路“管养运收服”全面业务，建设路网管控平台、应急协同平台、收费稽核平台、智能养护平台和公众服务平台。
